What exists
A design: the mechanism, the phases, the validation gates, the intended buyers, the open-core position, and the criteria under which it gets abandoned.
What does not exist
A running service. An index over a real corpus. A signed receipt issued to anyone. A customer.
What is deliberately absent from these pages
No latency figures. No index-size figures. No accuracy figures.
Numbers of that kind exist in the plan, but they are targets in a validation gate — thresholds the thing must clear before it is considered to work. A target rendered as a gauge is exactly the fabricated proof this product exists to make impossible, so none of them appear here.
That absence is the argument, not an omission.
What we are looking for
$2,500 and up buys a pilot: two design partners, a corpus index plus ninety days of receipts.
If no design partner is willing to pay for one after twenty qualified conversations, the honest conclusion is that the product is not wanted, and it gets parked. That criterion was written down in advance, which is the only time such a criterion means anything.
