What agents see

How to read your recording

If we sent you a recording of what an assistant saw on your site, this explains what you are looking at.

If you received a link from us, it points at a recording: a written record of what an automated assistant retrieved when it visited your website, on a stated date.

Nothing in it is estimated. It is what came back, written down.

What each part means

The fetch. The page was requested once, the way an assistant requests it, and whatever came back in that response was kept. No second attempt, no waiting for scripts.

What was readable. The text an assistant could actually use — services, hours, location, contact. If a section of your site is missing here, it did not arrive in that first response.

Structured data found. Machine-readable marks describing your business. Absent is common and is not an error; it means an assistant has to guess instead of being told.

Tools exposed. Whether your site offered an assistant anything it could do — check a date, start a booking. For almost every site this reads none, which is the current state of the web rather than a fault of yours.

What it does not tell you

It is one fetch, on one date, of one page. It is not a security audit, a performance score, or an SEO report, and it does not say anything about how your site ranks in search.

If it looks wrong

It might be. A recording is a measurement and measurements can be taken badly — a redirect followed to the wrong place, a page down that morning. Reply to the email and say so, and we will re-run it and publish the second reading beside the first rather than replacing it.
