Governance

This estate records how it works: every ruling is filed, every defect gets a row, and both are read by instruments rather than remembered. The page below is a projection of those registers — published so the claim can be checked instead of taken.

Governance for agents: measured, cited, verifiable.

The four figures below measure this estate's own governance — not the product. Each one names the instrument that produced it, and a figure that could not be measured reads ABSENT with its reason rather than zero.

How this is measured →

What is published, and what is not

Published: the identifier, title, status, date, severity and tags of each record, the subject line of each commit with the seat that filed it, and the daily opened / closed / net count.

Not published: the body of any record, any diff, any file path, and the repositories themselves, which are private. A row tagged as a security issue is withheld until it is closed — the count of withheld rows is published, so their absence is stated rather than hidden.

Before the projection reaches this site it passes a gate that refuses, rather than filters, on five classes: an email address, a business name or hostname from the corpus this estate holds, an internal filesystem path, a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) project identifier, or anything shaped like a credential. A refusal stops the publish and names the line. It does not quietly strip and continue.

Latest dated movement

2026-09-05 · opened 14 · closed 5 · net ▲9

Counts cover debt rows whose status line carries a date. That is not yet every closure on this estate, and the gap is itself a filed row — TD-MM-131. It is stated here rather than quietly excluded, because a register that disagrees with production is worse than none.

Rulings

The most recent 20 filed. A ruling outranks doctrine here, and a newer one supersedes an older spec. STANDS means settled; OPEN means it is still being worked.

  • D-MB-086STANDS2026-09-05

HOURLY-BILLING-1: three named queries, capped, under CAP-1

  • D-MB-085STANDS2026-09-05

SEED-INDEX-1, the two-object public bucket, and ONE-PLACE-1 across all families

  • D-MB-084STANDS2026-09-05

STAMP-RENDER-1 and RETAIN-1: the line lands in an existing column, and no crawler keeps a body again

  • D-MM-086STANDS2026-09-05

TD-MM-135 ratified as narrowed with the one-token limb restored on a CITED list; TRAILER-1; the standing word extended to image rebuilds; TD-MM-125 assigned with a deadline

  • D-MB-083STANDS2026-09-05

STALE-EVIDENCE-1: the copyright year is admissible as one line; the Last-Modified pass is not run; and the JSON-LD conditional resolves NO

  • D-MM-085STANDS2026-09-05

LEDGER-PUBLIC-1: the estate's governance publishes as a redacted projection, and the redaction gate is a refusal

  • D-MB-082STANDS2026-09-05

FRESHNESS-1: date evidence is admissible, the HEAD sample is authorised, and an old stamp says the PAGE is unmaintained and not that the BUSINESS is

  • D-MM-084STANDS2026-09-04

BRAND-DIRECTION-1: ENGINE-ROOM-1 is the brand; the theme is re-skinned to it

  • D-MM-083STANDS2026-09-04

SECRET-EXCEPTION-1: option D is ruled, and the way in is hardened

  • D-MM-082STANDS2026-09-04

VITALS-2 amended: ABSENT means only "never measured"; a dead producer HOLDS

  • D-MB-081STANDS2026-09-04

BATCH-ONE-1580 and VARIANT-MAP-1: batch one is 1,580, and the version map is ruled rather than inferred

  • D-MM-081STANDS2026-09-04

    VITALS-2

  • D-MM-080STANDS2026-09-04

DEMO-HOLD-1, the two ruling closures, and the pre-cutover rollback target

  • D-MB-080STANDS2026-09-03

R1-STATE-1: NULL is "not measured"; PASS B is RUN; hostnames are normalised before any fetch

  • D-MB-079STANDS2026-09-03

OWN-HOST-1: one place per host or the place does not enter a campaign; register writes go through a keyed helper

  • D-MB-078STANDS2026-09-03

    SHARED-HOST-1: pass B probes own-host targets only; a shared host is a directory_page, not a website

  • D-MM-079STANDS2026-09-03

    REDIRECT-1, and TD-MM-119's label

  • D-MM-078STANDS2026-09-03

    NUMBERS-1 WITHDRAWN IN FULL

  • D-MM-077STANDS2026-09-03

    INCIDENT-STATUS-1 and NUMBERS-1 (re-issued)

  • D-MM-076STANDS2026-09-03

    IDENTICAL-1 amended, and UNIT-SPAN-1

How to read it

The figures are measured, not typed. Each one is produced by a named script on a schedule and carries the commit it was measured at; where a figure could not be measured the page says ABSENT and gives the reason, rather than showing a zero that would read like a result.

The counts are honest about their own blind spot. The daily line can only see a closure whose status line carries a date, and most of this estate's closures write the date in the heading above it instead. That gap is filed as TD-MM-131 and appears in the list below rather than being quietly corrected.

The feed at /governance.xml carries one item per day, and the raw projection is at /governance.json.

Commit subjects below are reproduced exactly as they were written. They are evidence, so they are not reworded to suit the page — where one uses a term the page has not introduced, the definition is above rather than edited into the record.
